Service Appointment Coordinator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contact customers daily to confirm upcoming appointments.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Follow-up with customers who miss scheduled appointments.
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle database.
- Respond to customer needs and assist Service Advisor in communicating vehicle problem(s).
- Answer the service telephones when the Service Advisors are busy; maintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as required.
- Update customers on vehicle status and notify them promptly when their vehicle is ready.
- Send service reminders to customers.
- Arrange re-call appointments with customers.
- Support cashier function, when necessary.
- Attend all department meetings.
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as required.

Pay: $19.00-$20.22 per hour
