**Role Overview**:
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing captivating and entertaining content across platforms such as Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant social media channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving meaningful interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative content ideas for various social media platforms, ensuring they align with the company's branding and goals.
- Create engaging videos that feature your on-camera presence, demonstrating confidence and enthusiasm.
- Utilize your video editing skills to craft visually appealing and attention-grabbing content.
- Employ basic and advance shooting techniques to capture captivating footage that aligns with the content strategy.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and other team members to plan and schedule content calendars.
- Script, film, edit, and publish high-quality videos that are entertaining, informative, and align with current trends.
- Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages, fostering a sense of connection and interaction.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize content reach and engagement.
- Monitor content performance through analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content strategies.
- Attend team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to contribute fresh ideas and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in a similar role where on-camera presence is required.
- Demonstrated confidence and comfort in front of the camera.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique requirements for content creation.
- Proficiency in video filming and editing tools/software.
- Basic skills in shooting captivating content, understanding composition, lighting, and angles.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging ideas and concepts.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous content creation work is highly preferred.
