Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our agency's marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall growth. You will be responsible for managing our digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This is a strategic role that will focus on building our client pipeline and growing our agency’s online presence. Responsibilities - Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies to generate leads. - Oversee and manage SEO efforts, optimizing our website for search engine rankings. - Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). - Manage and grow the agency’s social media presence. - Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including nurturing and automation. - Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials (blogs, whitepapers, case studies). - Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). - Track and report on marketing KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve performance. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. - Proven track record in lead generation and brand growth through SEO and paid campaigns. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies. - Experience with email marketing and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
