The Logistics Coordinator will be in charge of working directly with our Supply Chain Manager with product moving from suppliers to our Waterloo warehouse, and with our Operation Manager with products from post production in our warehouse to our customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the logistics for parts and supplies in the manufacturing of our products and works with our engineers and operations team to continue the flow of materials in and out of our shop.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Communications with UPS with outbound products to customers. Assisting in CERS forms.
- Assisting with Customer support issues regarding packages being damaged and filing claims, as well as packages stuck at customs.
- Updating files with commercial invoices, and packing lists for ease in sending to brokers upon arrival in Canada.
- Updating HS Codes for products
- Booking shipments by air, sea, truck, and rail
- Assist in updating and maintaining parts and inventory through our MRP system

**Useful Skills/Experience**:

- Using Alibaba and other wholesale and marketplace platforms
- Reading engineering and technical drawings
- Strong communications with international shipping agents (UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.)
- Understanding of International tariffs, customs, HS Codes and CERS
- Experience with the MRP system, Katana.
- Working with freight and logistics companies
- High level of competency with Excel/Google Sheets

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
