As our Social Media and Marketing Content Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for our social media and all of our marketing content. This is a big opportunity for the right person who is looking to grow, work with an experienced leader and be exposed various facets of marketing.

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments/messages, and engaging with the community.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging platforms, exploring new ways to optimize our social media presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand advocates to amplify brand reach.

Content Management:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Conduct research to identify relevant topics and trends to incorporate into content planning.
- Collaborate with team members executing design, marketing, and R&D to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Work closely with graphic designers and photographers/videographers to create visually appealing content.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, news, and best practices. Curate relevant and engaging content from external sources to supplement original content and provide value to the target audience.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and messaging guidelines. Maintain a consistent brand image and style throughout all content materials.

**Experience, and Requirements**:

- Experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Specialist, or similar role.
- Ability to confidently create face-forward content and effectively represent the brand through various channels and platforms. This includes being comfortable appearing on camera, presenting in front of audiences, and embodying the brand's values and image in a professional manner.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Proficient in using social media management, editing, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for storytelling and building a vibrant online community.

**Education,**
- Completion of some secondary education is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of design programs such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
