**Summary**

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at The Pawsh Dog Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and engaging with our community to promote our services and brand. Your creativity and expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our online visibility and fostering customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and engage with followers promptly.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Must have own car and be willing to travel to our various store locations
- Must be open to out of province travel occasionally
- Must be willing to help out in our stores as well as attend various industry events.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in written, photographic, and video content creation and graphic design.
- Experience with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite for scheduling and analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
