**Regional Manager - Western Canada**

Charm Diamond Centres, the largest independently owned Canadian jewellery company, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Regional Manager to manage our Western Canada region.

The Regional Manager must be located in Saskatchewan or Manitoba, requiring travel throughout Western Canada and meetings on the East Coast.

Under the supervision of the National Sales Director, the Regional Manager is responsible for the profitability and operations in their territory while providing a high level of sales excellence and exceptional customer service.

**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Coach, train, and develop store managers and sales teams
- Adhere to, deliver, and exceed all company sales standards
- Set goals and motivate teams to achieve results
- Control and meet store sales quotas and budgets
- Provide professional and superior service to all customers
- Manage schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
- Maintain and rearrange merchandise displays
- Handle minor in-store repairs and jewellery cleaning
- Participate and facilitate company training programs
- Follow all security and loss prevention procedures

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous multi-unit management experience
- Demonstrated retail sales excellence
- Previous retail jewellery experience considered an asset
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Positive and self-motivated; professional in appearance
- Must be willing to travel throughout Western Canada - specifically Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta
- Must be bondable
