**Job Description: College Regional Manager**

Commonwealth Education Group Inc (CEG) is a for-profit education company that owns and operates post-secondary private career colleges in Manitoba and Alberta. The colleges offer diploma programs in Beauty, Business, Hospitality and Healthcare streams and has plans to expand its program offerings in healthcare and IT in the months to come alongside plans to build the Group’s online platform. The Group has tripled its active student body over the past 18 months and has built a very aggressive marketing footprint in key international student recruitment markets.

CEG is seeking a Regional Manager to be in Winnipeg and manage the two CEG campuses. The current CEO will retain his position as the Chairman of the Group, while the incoming Regional Manager will be responsible and accountable for the growth of the Manitoba Campuses.

**Job Summary**: The College Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, recruitment, and overall performance of college campuses within a designated region. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the achievement of enrollment goals, student satisfaction, and academic excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement regional strategies to meet enrollment targets and operational goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior management to align regional plans with the overall objectives of the institution.

**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage campus directors and staff within the region.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

**Recruitment and Enrollment**:

- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain students.
- Develop and implement outreach programs and partnerships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations.
- Monitor and analyze enrollment data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Operations and Compliance**:

- Ensure campuses comply with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management for the region.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of education and student services.

**Student Engagement and Retention**:

- Develop programs and initiatives to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor student retention rates and develop strategies to address issues.
- Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administration to address concerns and improve the student experience.

**Community and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Represent the institution at regional events, conferences, and meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, employers, and community leaders.
- Promote the institution’s brand and programs within the region.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education management, preferably in a regional or multi-campus role.
- Proven track record of successful team management and achieving enrollment targets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
