**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Accounting role with potential growth located at our Port-Coquitlam, BC location. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of accounting responsibilities. We are a small but complex company, so if you enjoy challenging opportunities this is for you

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Process daily sales orders and invoicing.
- Communicate with customers and resolve any payment or invoice discrepancies.
- Assist with resolving A/R invoicing issues
- Review and process sales credits and refunds
- Send A/R statements for outstanding invoices.
- Check and match PO receiving and AP invoices.
- Answer internal staff and external customer inquiries and requests

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2 years of accounting experiences.
- Strong transactional and hands-on experience within ERP systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and must be personable, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Organized individual with a dedication to accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
