Sales Administrator

Some of what you will do:
The Sales Administrator will provide support to the Director, Sales Manager, Sales teams, and at times, other members of the organization, ensuring that our customer experience, both internal and external is in keeping with the company objectives.
**Specifically, You Will**:
**REPORT GENERATION & SALES ASSISTANCE**:
- 70%**
- Compiles and consolidates data when requested for sales meetings and other non-customer or customer facing presentations.
- Provide any necessary reporting when requested for internal team and external customers.
- Support sales associates with requests which may include but are not limited to: VLOOKUP for varied requests, item cross referencing to Staples Professional codes, product lookups, assist with PBR preparation, other reporting needs as required (ie Form D support for new account creation).
**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - 30 **%**
- Complete information for Vendor Set up forms, insurance certificates, WSIB certificates and load to customer sites as requested. Fill out information on customer’s portal as requested.
- Maintain and order marketing material following the marketing planogram (i.e., catalogs, printed material, sample packs, etc.)
- Assist with any Tradeshow requirements the sales team may have
- Assist with Team Day preparation and any team events that need support
- Maintain all Outlook Sales Distribution lists and Win Memo Lists
- Create approved surveys on Survey Monkey, download and provide information as needed.
- Assist with setting up New Sales Rep orientation.
- Program coordinator and customer daily point of contact for New Store Orders and MPS programs as needed
- Distribution of IPADS; Maintenance of IPADS for distribution
- Other duties as needed
**Some of what you need**:
- Minimum High school diploma or GED
- Preferred post secondary education - diploma or certificate
- Excellent computer skills, emphasis on Excel & Microsoft Office
- Strong project management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ongoing deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems and practices
- A minimum of two (2) years office experience preferably in a sales and/or customer service environment
