**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or QuickBooks
- Assist with filing, document management, and proofreading correspondence for accuracy and clarity
- Support bookkeeping and basic financial tasks related to office operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal staff
- Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and organize office calendars
- Handle administrative support tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically

**Requirements**:

- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems
- Attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and document management
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
