Brandt Group of Companies is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Regina, SK location.

Duties & Responsibilities

With a sales network from coast-to-coast-to-coast, efficient access to sales data and tools are integral to growing the performance and profitability in the entire organization. By effectively analyzing and leveraging data for construction, forestry, roadbuilding, mining, and other industrial equipment across a national network of 120 retail branches in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand to help inform leadership to make strategic decisions to help propel the business.

**Required Skills**:
The role of Sales Support Coordinator will be to understand Brandt’s business objectives and leverage sales data to support Sales and Sales leadership and Operations by working to understand existing Sales reporting, data, and metrics to provide additional analysis and support with a goal of always working to improve reporting and analysis process. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Work to have an intimate understanding of inventory and sales transactional data.
- Responsible for understanding existing sales inventory related reporting & data sources, providing insights to stakeholders
- Responsible for the updating and optimizing of scheduled reporting.
- Respond to adhoc Reporting, forecasting, and data related to the business of the day.
- Visualize and translate data to varied audiences and power point presentation decks.
- Provide pricing support to corporate sales team.
- Support other special projects and adhoc reporting needs.
- Build an understanding of sales tools and processes to provide on going support to the field sales teams.

Required Experience
- Interest and aptitude in sales activities and market data.
- Degree or Diploma in business administration, sales, marketing, or another related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other MS Office products.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and dedicated work ethic.
- Leading skills in communication (written and verbal)
- Previous industry related experience would be considered an asset.
