Reis Informatica is looking for an energetic and relational Account Manager to create and maintain positive long-term relationships with our clients. In this role, you will oversee the relationships of a portfolio of clients, identify and develop new business from existing clients, and develop relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and participate in improving any potential areas of dissatisfaction. You will be the main point of contact for your clients and will be a representative of Reis Informatica and our values.

**More about the Position**

The Account Manager proactively engages with the client to identify challenges, recognize opportunities, and offer insights and solutions using company best practices. Successful engagement is when we partner with the clients' leadership to align on business goals, improvement priorities, and success strategies. Responsibilities include:

- Proactively monitor key performance and risk indicators for assigned accounts and manage escalations
- Responding to critical incident situations as they occur with clients.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Primary contact for the onboarding of new customers
- Oversee all aspects of the client relationship, including ensuring contract compliance, quarterly reviews, and project communications.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience
- Create proposals based on the best interest of the client and manage the sales process until completion.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience building & maintaining relationships, while working to drive engagement and renewals
- Travel to client locations primarily in the Metro Atlanta area, therefore a valid driver's license is required.
- IT industry experience is necessary
