As an eCommerce Administrator you will be responsible for supporting our growing eCommerce stores by efficiently and effectively completing various administrative tasks.

**As an eCommerce Administrator you will**:
**Monitor eCommerce stores for order integrity including**:
Daily review of VAMOO
Monitor correct usage of Marketing Codes
Reviews open orders (as per open store procedures)
Moves all “not paid in full” to quote by end of day
**Take and facilitate payments including**:
Monitoring the e-transfer mail
Review all Moneris on-line payments and applies payments to sales orders
Completing Fairstone ID verifications
Liaise with Fairstone Financial on finance issues (during evening shift only)
Manage order cancellations, returns and refunds
Maintain daily upload of leads into TDG Reports
Enters eCommerce orders on post-guest care hours
Strong computer skills with strong knowledge
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to work during retail hours (days, evenings, weekends and holidays)
