**QUALITY CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR**

At Bootlegger, our Quality Control Administrator is responsible for ensuring the consistency of fit and construction of our products throughout the product development process. As a QC Administrator you’ll be responsible for completing final inspections of products to ensure Bootlegger’s standards are met prior to distribution of the products to our stores and customers.

**What you’ll be a part of**
- Completing product audits against approved product samples and specifications; ensuring the colours, quality and measurements of products made by our manufacturers meet our agreed upon standards
- Inspecting and measuring product samples with a high degree of scrutiny
- Reviewing third party test reports against our accepted standards
- Documenting results of product audits for reference
- Conducting wash and wear tests on items as necessary
- Identifies concerns and collaborates with the merchandising team on solutions
- Communicating with our stores and internal teams regarding all things quality

**The right fit**
- Knowledge of garment fitting, fabrics, styling, manufacturing techniques, and garment construction
- Previous retail experience in men’s and women’s fashions is preferred
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suite programs
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in written communication
- Organized and detail orientated, especially when working under tight deadlines
- Collaborative and able to work as part of a team
