As a Membership Sales Manager you will be responsible for Lead nurturing and Membership Sales, Customer service, Marketing initiatives, Membership Retention, and facility maintenance. This is a Sales focused position and thus our ideal applicant is foremost strong and confident with their ability to book leads for trials and sell gym memberships. You are persistent nurturing a sale and following strategic sales processes to maximize closing rates. **If you have the following talents and personality, this job might be for you**: - You are a born “Closer” who understands the “sales process”, and seal membership deals - You have exceptional phone etiquette - You are a relationship-builder that connects with members. Your welcoming nature brings them back for more month after month - You can work with different personalities - You are highly motivated to make a difference in members’ lives - You are able to multitask - Willingness to adopt multiple roles/"hats" if needed **A typical day in the world of a 1MR One More Round Gym Sales Manager includes**: - Answering Chats, incoming calls and leads on the spot. - Strategically booking “Trial Classes” to ensure guests can be properly attended to before and after the “Trial Class”, adhering to our mantra of “Classes = Closes” - Following up with previous trials and leads - Daily sales planning to ensure goals are met - Implementing checklists with team members and Instructors to ensure optimal cleanliness and efficiency of gym operations - Navigate/ troubleshoot software demands - Ensure membership sales are recorded **Requirements**: - Available to work between 25 to 40 hours per week, mostly evenings as well as weekends.
