We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to step into the role of Retail Stockroom Coordinator. This position isn't just a job; it's an invitation to become a key player in our success story, with abundant opportunities for long-term growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Receive, inspect, and document incoming retail shipments to verify accuracy and quality of merchandise.

2. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by performing regular stock counts and audits.

3. Record and track all incoming and outgoing customer pickup orders using inventory management systems.

4. Unpack, sort, and store merchandise appropriately, ensuring proper handling of fragile or sensitive items.

5. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock room layout to ensure easy access to merchandise.

6. Uphold organization standards, such as labeling, shelving, and bin assignments.

7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory management, loss prevention, and safety standards.

8. Assist customers by helping carry large or heavy purchases to their vehicles.

9. Provide additional assistance during peak seasons, sales events, or inventory audits to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

1. Work at a fast pace and effectively multitask throughout the day.

2. Possess strong upper body strength and capability to lift boxes weighing up to 55lbs.

3. Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills while also being capable of working independently.

4. Be polite, professional, and helpful when interacting with customers, whether on the sales floor or assisting with inquiries.

5. Comfortable in a rapidly growing and evolving work environment.

**Qualifications**:
1. Friendly, outgoing, and maintain a positive attitude.

2. Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.

3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

4. Prior experience with ERP systems is an asset.

5. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.

6. Available for full-time work, Monday to Friday day shift, with additional flexibility as needed.

Company-paid extended health and dental benefit package included after the completion of the probationary period.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
