**Job Description**:
Your key responsibilities:

- Own Livescale’s longform content production: blog posts, articles, industry deep-dives
- Own Livescale's video content production, to support the marketing, product and sales department.
- Facilitate the writing and deployment of client case studies, trend reports, and educational materials
- Own the daily execution and maintenance of Livescale’s social media channels
- Own weekly website maintenance Own the creation, execution and collaboration process of Livescale’s newsletter campaigns
- Create excellent, on-trend marketing materials that support the direct needs of our sales teams
- Work well with our CS team to create, ideate and repurpose our client stories across all of Livescale’s marketing channels
- Act as the gatekeeper for the execution of Livescale’s defined newsletter strategy, around monthly client updates, feature releases and sales templates.

**Qualifications**:

- a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in editorial content, preferably in a start-up or publishing environment
- Experience in SEO will be a strong plus
- Interest in taking complicated technology and making it accessible to the masses in fun, relatable ways
- Direct experience with handling Wordpress
- Strong expertise with Powerpoint + Webinar creation a plus
- Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
- A proven team player, with the ability to empathize with employees and remain flexible in achieving the appropriate outcome.
- Ability to always add value and a desire to make a real difference.
- Organized, able to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a real ability to quickly prioritize a number of projects.
- Self-aware, able to challenge others when appropriate, works well with others and leads by example.
- A strong desire to develop a career in Growth-oriented Communications and build a long-term career with in a fast-growing start-up that’s changing the industry.

Additional Information

Due to covid-19, we’re looking for people already based in Canada, regardless of your nationality or immigration status (ie. Closed work permit, open work permit, permanent residency).
