**WHAT YOU BRING**

Education/Experience:

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Psychology, with at least three years of clinical experience working with families and/or couples
- Registration with affiliated college with good standing
- Completion of specialized training or certification in Family Therapy from a recognized body, along with current knowledge and experience in mental health and addictions.

Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as critical thinking and problem-solving abilities relative to the situation and scope of practice
- Demonstrated commitment to people-centered care
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of substance abuse theory, mental health issues, and family systems
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work

Conditions of Employment:

- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory **Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC)**where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
