The ** Vice President, Product Management - Platform & Interoperability **is responsible for the vision, execution, and overall success of PointClickCare's Shared Platform and Interoperability Strategy in support of our overall Product portfolio. This includes being responsible for the overall vision, definition, and delivery of both the Technical Platform and Interoperability strategies - including all Products, Shared Services, and supported strategies that support all lines of PointClickCare business and product portfolio - including those being sold to Providers, Health Plans, Risk Bearing Entities, and other related network members. The VP will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, and will lead a team and closely collaborate across the organization, overseeing strategy solutions with the goal of increasing the profitability of existing products, the overall viability and scalability of our growing portfolio, and introducing and developing new products to increase market share and deliver additional profit potential. The VP will be critical in driving PointClickCare’s overall Data Sharing and Interoperability approach and represent our company both internally and externally as an advocate and thought leader. The VP, Product Management will interact with various people across the organization to drive the success of their products and strategies and be a key member of our Product Management organization. This includes, but is not limited to, Executive Leadership, Market Development, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and Sales. The VP will also be expected to coach, manage, and grow a team of Product Managers, Technical Managers, and Subject Matter Experts as well as being an active member of the Product Leadership team. **Key Responsibilities**: - Successfully lead the Platform & Interoperability Product team and associated product line from strategic planning to tactical activities - including Data/Intelligence, Shared & Technical Services, Platform, and Interoperability. - Define the key value proposition and positioning for products within the product line and supporting services. - Understand, prioritize and communicate product priorities in terms of business value to customers as well as internally to PointClickCare. - Develop and implement a company-wide commercialization and launch plan for the products within their product line, working with all departments to execute. - Drive and coordinate complex product priorities in a fast-paced environment with intra-team and inter-team dependencies. - Successfully plan and lead new product launches from inception to post-launch activities - Partner with the Market Product Leadership, Market and Segment Leaders, Product Leadership and other GTM Leadership functions to create the roadmap, set priorities and drive the vision across assigned portfolio areas. - Work with Engineering and Business Analysts to define product release requirements and ensure the successful release of enhancements and new products. - Work with Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, partnering with them on product positioning and pricing strategies and execution. - Collaborate with Marketing to create customer-facing documentation and presentations, ensuring sales teams have the messaging, tools and support to sell and compete effectively. - Manage Product Managers, Program Managers, and/or Product Specialists within their product line including hiring, mentoring, motivating and managing the performance of their team members. - Represent PointClickCare in key areas around Interoperability thought-leadership, positioning, and strategy building internally and externally. - Actively engage with customers, prospects, and other stakeholders outside of the company, - Lead "build versus buy versus partner" analyses for new offerings or markets for their product line **Required Experience**: - Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products. - Comes to work every day with a “Can-Do” attitude and passion for our customers/industry. - 10+ years of Software Product Management and/or Healthcare Data experience with relative experience in Interoperability. - Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Business or related degree - History of success in growing new and existing product lines - St
