**KEY REPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategic financial planning and analysis
- Leading and managing financial operations
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Providing financial guidance and recommendations to senior management
- Managing financial reporting and compliance
- Evaluating and optimizing financial performance
- Building and leading high-performing finance teams
- Driving cost-saving initiatives and financial efficiency Collaborating with other departments to support strategic initiatives

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- Proven track record of strategic financial leadership and decision-making
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams
- Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Demonstrated success in driving financial growth and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, and risk management
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
