**Procurement Strategy**: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining product quality and reliability.

**Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and terms.

**Cost Analysis**: Conduct cost analysis, market research, and risk assessment to make informed purchasing decisions.

**Inventory Management**: Maintain optimal inventory levels, track stock levels, and ensure mínimal stockouts or overstock situations.

**Compliance**: Ensure procurement activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

**Sustainability**: Evaluate and implement sustainable sourcing and environmentally responsible procurement practices.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, and finance, to align procurement strategies with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or procurement certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in the fertilizer or agriculture industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing supplier relationships, cost reduction, and strategic procurement.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the fertilizer industry, including product specifications and market trends.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of successful procurement projects within the fertilizer industry.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
