**Why You’ll Love This Role**:
As the Procurement Specialist, you won’t just be filling a position; you’ll be the primary person managing the procurement of all indirect goods and services. You’ll enjoy negotiating prices and managing vendor relationships to drive cost savings and ensure smooth business operations.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full-Cycle Procurement**:Oversee the entire procurement process for a variety of indirect goods and services, from sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts to managing delivery and ensuring timely, cost-effective availability.
- **Vendor Management & Negotiation**:Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure suppliers meet performance standards related to cost, quality, and delivery.
- **Cost Control & Budget Management**:Drive cost-saving initiatives, manage procurement budgets, and track spending to ensure alignment with financial goals and efficiency improvements.
- **Contract Management**:Draft, review, and manage contracts for indirect goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and optimal terms.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:Work with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and advise on best practices, ensuring smooth and effective purchasing across departments.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulations while identifying and mitigating risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Stay informed of market trends and industry innovations, continuously assessing and refining procurement processes to enhance performance and achieve cost savings.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A combination of education and experience demonstrating your procurement or supply chain management expertise.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems.
