**Responsibilities**:
Technical Support responsibilities will include some or all of the following:
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with SCCM for imaging
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Support for office equipment (e.g. printers, MFP’S, projectors and faxes)
- Experience with Shipping and receiving
- Support for Smart Phones/Tablets (e.g. Android, iOS tablet devices etc.)
- End User Device re-imaging
- Requests for the installation, upgrade, relocation and removal of End User Devices
- Requests for the installation, upgrade and removal of software packages
- Support hardware moves and relocation projects as required
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in providing onsite technical support
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Deskside & Office hardware and software
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency of service
- Good administration skills and attention to details
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
- High performing deskside engineer
- Experience with motivating others
