**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team for an exciting summer season. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for children. You will engage campers in various activities, provide guidance, and foster their personal growth while ensuring their well-being throughout the camp experience.

**Duties**
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers during all activities.
- Plan and lead engaging activities that promote learning and teamwork.
- Provide support and mentorship to campers, helping them develop new skills.
- Foster a positive camp atmosphere by encouraging participation and inclusivity.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of camp facilities.
- Handle any conflicts or issues that arise among campers in a constructive manner.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children of various ages.
- Must be enthusiastic, patient, and possess a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
