**Location**: Driving Change Automotive Group - Regina, SK
Human Resources Coordinator - Part Time 1 year Term
$20- $25 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours of work - 16 hours/week, allocated across 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Option to be based in the office or remotely for those 12 hours.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Act as a liaison with SK managers on all recruitment needs and updates
- Conduct weekly onboarding/ HR orientations on Monday mornings
- Provide backup HR support to the HR function during team absences
- Other HR administrative duties as assigned

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM**:

- Human Resources Certificate or Diploma
- 1-2 years of Human Resources Experience
- Recruitment experience with the current Saskatchewan job market considered an asset
- Experience working in the automotive sector considered an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRIS
- Willing to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team
- Well organized, attentive to detail and manage time efficiently
