Here's how a(n) Human Resources Coordinator for our Winnipeg office contributes to our team:ResponsibilitiesSupporting all aspects of the district student program including full cycle recruitment, onboarding/off boarding, compensation research, student events and career fair participation.Supporting the district learning and development processes.Providing administrative support to HRPD department.Supporting district HRPD initiatives related to employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.Supporting monthly metrics and reporting processes related to career management and vacation planning.Supporting the District Human Resources Professional Development Manager on company and district initiatives.Supporting activities that require a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy.Additional project work based on the team’s needs.QualificationsPostsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline preferredWorking towards an HR designation preferred.1 year of human resources experience.Basic understanding of HR related principles, practices, procedures and employment legislation.Exhibits strict confidentiality with all information.Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.Must be proactive in terms of anticipating needs and follow-up items for the team.Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Must be proficient with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Your Work Has Purpose Here PCL projects are where life happens, where communities connect, careers begin, and progress is made.
