We are looking for a permanent, full-time Marketing Manager to join us.

**Job Duties**:

- Identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for business growth; responsible for market and channel expansion
- Keep informed about the latest industry advancements, proven methods, and cutting-edge marketing technologies and set marketing plans to enhance the company's marketing endeavors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall marketing strategy and product positioning; ensure that products and services are competitively priced and effectively positioned in the market.
- Lead the marketing team to assess the characteristics of products and services, and implement effective traditional and digital marketing strategies.
- Plan, organize, and monitor trade show and other advertising campaigns to maintain brand awareness.
- Manage the company’s marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and clients.
- Design and organize customer satisfaction survey program.
- Periodically report to the Director of the company.
- Hire, interview, train, and monitor marketing department staff; provide instructions to employees when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A college diploma in marketing or a relevant field is required.
- Minimum one year of marketing and/or channel expansion experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent management skills and leadership.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
- Creative, passionate, and motivated.

**Salary**: $48.00-$52.00 per hour
