**Position: Operations Scheduler**
We are seeking a highly organized and resilient **Operations Scheduler** to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our security operations run smoothly and efficiently across multiple sites within the Halifax Regional Municipality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily and weekly staff schedules to meet operational needs.
- Manage last-minute schedule changes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure coverage at all client locations.
- Communicate with staff regarding shifts, availability, and changes.
- Handle scheduling conflicts, call-ins, and emergency staffing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, hours worked, and shift adjustments.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Human Resource Operations as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
- Experience in security operations, staffing, or related fields is an advantage.

Pay: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
