Position SummaryEarth Angels Homecare is a leading home care agency dedicated to helping older adults continue to live at home. We provide personalized home care services and solutions to fit the family.We are seeking an outgoing, motivated and dedicated Scheduler/Administrator to join our team. The Scheduler / Administrator is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and caregivers.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & CoordinationCreate, maintain, and update schedules for staff, meetings, appointments, or projectsCoordinate availability across teams and resolve scheduling conflictsCommunicate schedule changes promptly and accuratelyEnsure schedules align with operational needs, deadlines, and prioritiesAdministrative SupportProvide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document managementPrepare reports, calendars, and correspondence as neededMaintain accurate records and databasesAssist with onboarding (as applicable)Communication & LiaisonServe as a point of contact for scheduling inquiriesCommunicate with clients, or internal staff via email, phone, or messaging platformsEscalate issues or conflicts to management when necessaryProcess & OrganizationMonitor workflow efficiency and suggest improvements to scheduling or administrative processesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)Proven experience in scheduling, administrative support, or office coordinationStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills & AttributesAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesStrong problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyCustomer-service mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
