**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls and greet guests.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supplies.
- Liaise with vendors to setup accounts for required office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other service needs.
- Assist with the preparation of letters, reports and proposals.
- Book travel arrangements, organize office social events and staff retreats.
- Liaise with IT provider to resolve staff computer/IT issues.
- Manage the supply of corporate merchandise.
- Work with management on special projects.
- Handle various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees by providing necessary resources and delivering safety orientation.
- Provide ongoing support to management, employees, and JOHSC in the effective execution of HSE programs and initiatives.
- Update, maintain and continually improve safety program and manual/documentation.
- Maintain safety gear and order as necessary.
- Track training certifications and renewals.

**Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of experience in an administrative role. Previous experience in a consulting engineering environment would be considered a strong asset.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pro-active and creative thinker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (at times).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.44-$29.00 per hour
