**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Organize and lead meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office.

**Sales Support**:

- Conduct cold calls to stores, check inventory, and secure orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and clients.
- Identify voids in sales and propose solutions to improve performance.
- Research the market and prepare comprehensive selling points against competitors.

**Marketing Assistance**:

- Design content using Canva and assist with marketing campaigns.
- Identify and correct errors in marketing materials and communications.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative strategies.

**Brand Representation**:

- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting Glutenull Bakery’s values in all interactions.
- Conduct educational calls with partners to showcase the value of our products.

**Operations & Organization**:

- Contribute to planning and executing new projects (we have new projects daily)
- Assist in organizing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Order and manage office inventory.
- Help maintain certifications and regulatory compliance for the company.
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll and other administrative functions.

**Efficiency & Innovation**:

- Leverage tools like ChatGPT and other AI solutions to streamline tasks, generate ideas, and enhance productivity.
- Continuously explore new ways to improve workflows and efficiency.

**Customer Service**:

- Communicate with customers and clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Provide exceptional service while addressing inquiries or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an executive assistant, sales, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Canva.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with cold calling, sales, and customer service.
- Ability to identify sales voids and develop actionable strategies to address them.
- Familiarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline tasks is a strong asset.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strictly punctual and committed to an in-office position.
- Research and analytical skills to prepare effective selling points against competitors.
- Experience with data entry, and maintaining certifications is a plus.
- Experience with Quickbooks (training provided)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
