Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Port Carling, ON. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level support to executive team members, managing administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, and facilitating communication within the organization. Additional responsibilities include maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Strong skills in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Experience providing high-level Executive Support, including calendar and meeting management
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written correspondence
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Previous experience within a design or architecture-related field is an asset
