**THE ROLE**

The Fitness Firm is in search of a Fitness Consultant / Personal Trainer. You will be responsible for selling and booking fitness assessments, as well as conducting all fitness consultations; you will be the first point of contact for any prospective personal training clients. You will also be responsible for selling and booking personal training packages for the team. You will be managing and developing the personal training team and assist in hiring additional personal trainers. Administrative duties include keeping statistics and reports of club sessions completed and sales made, attending sales meetings, and participating in personal training marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities and duties would include greeting members, club tours, member registrations, sales presentations and handling objections.

**REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Certified Personal Training Certificate mandatory (CSEP preferred)
- Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification preferred
- Group Fitness Instructor certification and experience
- FMS certification preferred

Previous experience in fitness and sales is critical. 4-5 years is preferred.

**HOURS REQUIREMENT**
- Approximately 30 hours per week; typically Monday - Friday.
- May include evenings until 8:00 pm (depending on clientele and scheduling for consultations).
- May include occasional Saturday mornings.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- personal training: 4 years (required)
