**Condominium Development Specialist**

**THE ROLE**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of new client developments.
- Manage and directly participate in the sales process; deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, as well as assist in preparing proposals
- Assist in preparing operating budgets for future condominiums during the pre-sale process for new developments
- Review site plans, architectural drawings to ensure future sites can function operationally
- Review condominium Disclosure Statements and provide comments
- Other initiatives as identified by Executive team

**Your Qualifications**:

- **A valid General or Limited license from the CMRAO is required**:

- Advanced Excel skills
- Superior attention to detail is required
- Business development and/or operations experience in residential condominium management or a related industry is required
- Demonstrates strong and effective customer service and relationship building skills:

- Experience working with Condominium Developers, new construction, understanding the Tarion
- Warranty program and Builder Bulletin 49 / Performance Audit would be considered an asset
- A passion for real estate and development

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
