We are looking for a professional who will be the main point of contact for both our clients and Relocation Specialists. Beginning with the initiation of a file, the Customer Service Coordinator oversees and actively manages files, providing our clients with proactive updates as the relocation process progresses. This individual must be a thought leader; have strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; be able to multitask; be willing to embrace and adapt to technology changes and enhancements; and should be able to work independently and within a team. If you can adhere to strict timelines, are ready to manage a full workload, and are professional and reliable, we would love for you to join our team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
