**Overview**

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting the HR activities and leading targeted HR projects. The incumbent will manage the full recruitment cycle and support the implementation of a wide variety of HR programs, policies, and procedures that enables the HR department to deliver best practices and strategic HR solutions that support our business.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, monitoring effectiveness, tracking progress, etc.)
- Understand recruiting market trends, Identify the right sourcing channels, and use creative approaches and innovative recruitment strategies in searching out and building pipelines of top talent
- Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the hiring process
- Report internal metrics, benchmark practices with industry standards and make recommendations to improve processes
- Keep job descriptions current and updated
- Ensure the onboarding and integration of new employees is completed by communicating regularly with the employee and the hiring manager
- Participate in the annual salary review process
- In collaboration with the HR Director and department managers, monitor and manage changes related to compensation and conditions of employment
- Ensure effective exit interviews and provide analysis and recommendations
- Participate in planning and organizing staff events and recreational activities
- Participate in planning and organizing activities related to training and ensure follow-up
- Assist in the review of key talent management processes such as performance management and succession management
- Participate in developing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies, action plans and initiatives
- Participate in other projects with the HR team

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management required
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in HR required
- Knowledge of Quebec and Canada labor laws
- Bilingual communicator (French & English) written and verbal including facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint with strong visual presentation skills and attention to details
- Act with integrity and honesty and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Great judgement and decision-making skills
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Able to proactively network and build strong business relationship
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multi-task, and work independently in an agile and fast-paced environment with constant demands
- Experience in the Pharma industry preferable
- Experience with HR related systems or tools
