**Speech-Language Pathologist - 1.0 FTE Permanent**
**Learning Services - Special Education**

The Waterloo Region District School Board has an opening for a permanent 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Speech-Language Pathologist starting September 2, 2025. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required. Salary will follow the PSSP collective agreement with a range of $80,641 to $96,070 per annum prorated to FTE allocation.
**Responsibilities**
- In-class observation, modeling and small group instruction
- Withdrawal for assessment or programming for individuals and groups
- Development of strategies and materials to assist in implementation of programs
- Meetings with other multidisciplinary or school-based teams to determine collaborative response to school referrals and needs
- Respond to system demands in regard to staff development, in-service and networking
**Qualifications**
- must be registered with, or be eligible for, registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- a master’s degree or equivalent in speech-language pathology
- excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Experience with school-aged children is preferred
- Experience with providing virtual services is preferred
- Use of personal vehicle
- Valid driver**’**s license
