**About WIC Insulation**

WIC Insulation Ltd. is a growing BC-based insulation and fire-stopping company known for quality workmanship, reliability, and strong relationships with top builders across the Lower Mainland. We’re looking for a hands-on **Site Leader** to help coordinate daily site operations and maintain the high standards our builders expect.

**Role Overview**

The **Site Leader** is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations across multiple projects. You’ll be the bridge between office and field ensuring jobs run smoothly, quality standards are met, schedules are maintained, and crews are supported.
This is a leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, communicates clearly, and leads by example.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and dispatch crews daily to meet project schedules
- Order and manage all required materials, scaffolding, and equipment
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets and exceeds code and company standards
- Keep sites organized, clean, and ready for inspections and next trades
- Attend and coordinate meetings with builders, architects, inspectors, and consultants
- Create or adjust prep layouts as site conditions evolve
- Communicate progress and site updates to office staff weekly
- Ensure site safety and compliance with company and WorkSafeBC standards

**Occasional Hands-On Support**
- Assist with prep work, fire-stopping, or insulation as needed
- Move or redistribute materials on-site to maintain productivity

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 3-5 years of **INSULATION** experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation
