Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and horticulture, along with proven leadership skills. This role involves supervising a team of landscapers to ensure high-quality work is completed efficiently and safely. The Landscaping Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing various landscaping projects, including garden installations and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals in daily operations.
  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding.
  • Train team members on proper horticultural practices and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  • Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Experience

  • Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture is essential.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including gardening.
  • Familiarity with construction practices related to landscaping projects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
