Hörmann (formerly TNR Industrial Doors) is a well-established manufacturer of high-performance industrial doors in Barrie for 20 years, we are located in a central easily accessible location right off highway 400. We are the world leader in high performance rubber doors with a global customer base.

As Systems Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Test interfaces, upgrades, changes, and enhancements to existing SAP systems.
- Monitor the system and perform issue corrections to proactively address problems and ensure manufacturing and sales optimum performance within the system.
- Train end-users in the proper use of SAP, WMS, and other related/integrated systems.
- Document changes in business processes and communicates to the core team.
- Develop and initiate production-planning schedules and job files.
- Provide support to the shop floor personnel and operations as required, while also working hand-in-hand with production supervisors.
- Lead IT Application project implementation efforts at the local level. Provide ongoing Level 1 support as needed following Go-Live.
- Qualifications: _
- Post secondary education in related field required
- Minimum 1 to 5 years ERP experience (SAP highly desired) Previous experience in the manufacturing industry an asset
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Previous knowledge of Order-to-Cash process an asset
- Able to perform business analyses and system troubleshooting
- Able to work flexible hours when required and travel without restriction to support training and development
- Able to think outside the box and accept ownership of issues to quickly and permanently provide solutions Excellent oral and written communication skills
