voestalpine Camtec GmbH is an internationally recognized supplier of maintenance-free sliding elements. The company is also a leading manufacturer of compact and standard cam slide units that are used predominantly in the automotive industry.

We are now seeking a qualified individual to fill the Office Assistant/Sales Support position for our Toronto based office. Please note this position is a maternity leave replacement position only.

**The right individual will meet the following requirements**
- Customer Service experience
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter with a good attitude and discipline
- Must have a solutions oriented approach
- Must have a warm and friendly demeanor
- Should be a fast learner
- Must be hands on wherever support is needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Excellent Internet and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with SAP and CRM software is a plus
- Some level of accounting knowledge
- Foreign language skills: Spanish and /or German are a plus
- 1-2 years of experience
- College certificate / diploma or equivalent preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer quote requests, orders and general inquiries
- Organize deliveries for customers
- Follow-up on orders, delivery schedules etc.
- Support sales team
- Evaluate and enter invoices
- Support with monthly and quarterly closing
- Support Warehouse Manager with restocking orders
- Track inventory
- Act as liaison between Austrian HQ and local office
- Support President
- Office duties include filing, ordering office supplies, etc.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
