Our well-established dental office is looking for a part-time dental assistant. Ideal for someone looking to take on some extra shifts, recent graduates, and/or semi-retired dental assistants wanting to keep their skills sharp. We are a family owned practice who pride ourselves on serving our community. Work-Life balance is at the core of our business and we work hard to not overload our schedules or workdays. We strive to ensure all our employees are happy and fulfilled in their work.
**In this position you will be responsible for all aspects of dental assisting such as but not limited to**:
- Pouring up impressions
- placement of rubber dam
- assisting the dentist
- Instrument reprocessing and sterilization
- preparing operators room for dental procedures
- prepare dental instruments and filling materials
- taking and developing X-rays. Etc.
**Part-time hours**
- Three Day Work Week
- Wednesday 10-7, Thursday 10-7, and every other Friday 10-3, as needed
- Approx. 17hrs a week
- Possibilities to work on Saturdays
**Salary**
$24- $30 an hour, depending on experience
**Job Requirements**
- HARP: 1 year (preferred)
- Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
