**Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, providing insights into financial performance.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero for record-keeping and reporting.
- Generate financial reports to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software including Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Experience with account reconciliation, budgeting, payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for liaising with team members and external stakeholders.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.05-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
