**Lululemon** is looking for an experienced **Release Lead **to work closely with internal technical teams and offshore developers.
**Key Duties**
**- Assemble business readiness and technology readiness plans in collaboration with stakeholders.**
**- Manage environment and data readiness plans for product delivery, testing, go-live and rollout.**
**- Set-up and drive triage/swat teams to resolve blocking issues and/or risks.**
**- Understands internal and external project dependencies and actively manages associated risks.**
**- Communicates statuses, release updates, and upcoming milestones to stakeholders.**
**- Champions best practices of software development processes and procedures.**
**Qualifications**:
**- Possess expert level understanding of software development practices and project life cycles.**
**- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).**
**- Demonstrated experience of technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Sharepoint, etc.**
**- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is necessary.**
**- Must Have: Experience with cloud technologies AWS and Azure.**
**- Desired: Experience in a retail environment is preferred.**

- AWS: 7 years (preferred)
- Azure: 7 years (preferred)
