**Position: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA Level 2)**
**Location**: Aurora
**Type**: Full-Time
**What You’ll Do**:
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform advanced duties, including, Itero Scans, Digital X-rays, polishing, fluoride treatments, and impressions.
- Prepare, disinfect, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and operatories in compliance with IPAC standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, providing guidance and education on oral health care, post-treatment instructions, and hygiene best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Write clear, accurate, and concise patient records and documentation.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling and patient follow-ups.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA Level 2) with current licensure and registration.
- **Minimum of 3 years of assisting experience** in a dental practice.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of IPAC guidelines and best practices in a dental setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with dental softwares is an asset.
