Cornwall, Canada Irwin Supply (Cornwall) Ltd. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with the purchase of parts, accessories and service based on customer's needs, in-person, over the phone, or on-line.
- Prepare and maintain service work orders.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Receive, unpack, sort and distribute incoming orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process cash and credit card transactions.
- Handle returns and exchanges of parts as needed.
- Clean and maintain parts/service department and showroom

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a powersport or automotive dealership is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of powersports and marine industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately track inventory and manage stock levels

As a Parts and Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's parts and service department. You will assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories, while also maintaining accurate inventory records. Your strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of powersports and marine parts will be essential in providing accurate information to customers. Additionally, your excellent customer service skills will help create a positive experience for our customers.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cornwall, ON K6H 5R6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
