- ** This is an in-office position Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday's.**

Reporting to the Planning & Reporting Manager, the Purchasing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Purchasing, Planning and Allocation department by managing product flow, ensuring alignment with timelines and business needs, and facilitating clear, concise communication across teams.

**What You’ll Do**
- Act as the main contact between stores, other departments, and the Purchasing & Planning team by answering product-related questions, identifying potential issues, and helping find effective solutions.
- Gather and communicate product introductions with Store Operations and Visual teams.
- Create visual guides to help the Visual team with product displays and store layouts.
- Send out weekly Product Focus Memos and other updates like markdowns and price changes.
- Assist Purchasing Assistants with receiving and loading warehouse shuttle transfers.
- Prepare Swatch booklets and other sales materials for stores; help with packaging when needed.
- Help manage product samples and organize the sample room at the Home Office.
- Provide extra support to the Purchasing & Planning team during peak periods.

- 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing/Planning is an asset
