**Role Overview**
We’re seeking an experienced **Sales Representative** to establish and grow our presence in the Canadian grocery and specialty retail space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup-style environments and wants to help build a brand from the ground up.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and open new grocery and specialty food accounts
- Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and decision-makers
- Educate buyers on our brand and product range
- Report on sales performance and local market trends
- Represent the brand at trade shows and in-store events
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of grocery/CPG sales experience
- Strong understanding of the Canadian retail landscape
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience launching or growing new brands in-market is a strong asset
