**The Role**

We are seeking an upbeat and professional **Customer Care Agent **who is passionate about always delivering a positive customer experience to join our call centre team.

**What a Customer Care Agent Does**:

- Guide existing clients on completing their orders and upselling products
- Connect and build rapport with customers by actively listening, asking questions, and offering appropriate solutions
- Utilize CRM program to update order information, customer notes and records, process payments, and issue refunds/vouchers
- Resolve customer issues/complaints effectively using best judgment and customer service practices
- Occasionally make outbound calls to promote our existing clients on placing new orders
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer orders and deliveries are processed accurately and efficiently

**What the Company Will Expect From You**:

- 1 year of previous customer service experience required (experience in a phone-based role is preferred but not required)
- Proven experience and dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in French is a strong asset
- Upbeat attitude with energetic and articulate phone presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is an asset)
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
